How about us retirees who still have a 17′ hybrid (pop-out)? No big rv for us! Part of the rv experience for us is keeping the expenses down. But we have a glass of wine with dinner. We pull our trailer into driveway nose first and have an electric dolly that turns the trailer around for us. There is no way we can back our trailer in, and the dolly is how we solved the problem.

We didn’t mean to leave out your side of the story!!! One of our favorite parts of our experience in the RV world is meeting wonderful retirees, who have shared their stories and inspired us. And yes, they are a very diverse crowd. But let’s face it–you folks all love your relaxing dinners with good conversation and slowly sipped wine:-) And we remain green with envy…

Until 2014 I have tent camped, bought a $1100 pop-up and “lived” in it from April until November on a campground somewhere ever weekend in NC. Just bought a tent side Travel Trailer off Craigslist for $3000. Can’t wait to start living in her! I drive a Jeep Cherokee, and she pulls it just fine. No you don’t have to have a lot of money, I am a single WAHM.

So true, Andie. On this week’s episode of the podcast we talked about a trend in the RV industry of having something for everyone in every price point. If you want to RV, you can probably pull it off!
