Campground Review #18: Nashville KOA in Nashville, Tennessee

Nashville KOA in Nashville, Tennessee

On episode #18 of Campground of the Week, Keith and Tia Sims give us a fantastic review of their favorite place to stay when visiting Nashville, Tennessee. The Nashville KOA has rebranded as a Resort, so it has all the activities and amenities that you would expect from the top KOAs around the country.

Their deluxe patio pull thru sites have gorgeous patio furniture, a stone fire pit, and a romantic swing for two.

The camp store is fully stocked, and the lodge offers plenty of room for families to relax, play games,  or watch TV. Paved roads are perfect for bikes and scooters and the schedule is jam packed with daily events. Keith and Tia recommend allowing yourself a few days to spend just at the campground in addition to planning your Nashville activities.

Listen to the episode to hear their insider tips and their nobody’s perfect tip for the campground owners.

Keith and Tia also recommend the following area attractions:

Tia also talks about the Association of Science & Technology Centers Travel Passport Program. They are members, and highly recommend the program as it allows you to visit science centers around the country with membership. Check out the link for more details.

And they promise you don’t want to miss tasting the hot chicken at Haddie B’s in Nashville. You won’t have any room for dessert after your meal, but drop in next door to Gigi’s Cupcakes and take a couple of dozen treats back to the Nashville KOA to enjoy around the campfire.
